Questions To Judiciary

law offices

Are you aware that true equity under the law requires all people to participate in forming moral standards through their consciences, and does your current role align with this principle?

How can Parliament, deriving its authority from individuals who cannot grant themselves immunity, delegate a non-existent right to pass immoral legislation?

Does ignorance of self-evident principles absolve you of personal responsibility for enforcing legislation that may harm society

By enforcing legislation created by politicians insulated by parliamentary privilege, are you perpetuating immorality under the guise of legal authority?

Is your role to enforce the dictates of unaccountable individuals in positions of power, or to uphold social order guided by the collective conscience of the people?

Is the ideological foundation of your judicial authority rooted in collectivism, which opposes the genuine rule of law safeguarding individual natural rights?

Does your adherence to collectivist principles subvert the institution of trial by jury, which is fundamental to natural justice and the self-organising governance of society?

Does fear of relinquishing institutional control prevent you from acknowledging that true justice arises from the collective conscience rather than force and deception?

Can you demonstrate that you stand under a legitimate Public Oath of Office, lawfully delegating your role to protect individual rights, including from government overreach?

Are you aware that the inconsistency between a Public Oath of Office under the Law of the Land and an additional Oath under the Bar Association – operating under the ‘12 Presumptions’ of Roman law – raises concerns about concealed allegiances? This conflict obscures true accountability and denies ‘We the People’ the transparency needed for informed consent.

Are you prepared for the personal and familial consequences when public awareness grows regarding the suppression of truth and your role in it?

Do you recognise that, despite your title and costume, you are equal under the law and subject to judgement by your peers, for your actions?

Does withholding the jury’s power to nullify unjust legislation violate public trust and breach the authentic rule of Law?

Are you aware that Common Law has been distorted into judge-made precedents, bypassing the moral scrutiny necessary for impartial justice and protection of rights?

Are you open to aligning with Natural Law, mitigating harm, restoring dignity to those wronged, and pursuing accountability and reparation to leave a legacy of true justice?

There is currently a campaign running to send these questions out to as many judicial officers as possible. To find out more, visit this post.
