Justice For Australia’s Environment: Join The Campaign
The environment of our natural world – land, water, air, and all living beings – is under attack. Legalised environmental practices are destroying what’s left of Australia’s fertile soil, drying out riverbeds, polluting waterways, and leaving wildlife and livestock to suffer in toxic wastelands.
These destructive acts are justified by legislation designed to protect corporate interests, not the health and future of our communities.
But we can take action. Together, we can demand true accountability and the return of justice to our courts.
We invite everyone concerned about our environment and the wellbeing of future generations to join our campaign: write a letter to the Environmental Courts of Australia and include the 15 questions to the judiciary. (see below)
This campaign, spearheaded by the Australian Air Water and Soil Contamination Action Group and supported by the knowledge-based movement here at MagnaCarta1215.com, is a call to every Australian who wants change.
Our collective voice can highlight the urgent need to restore the trial-by-jury system and bring back Natural Law protections as outlined in Magna Carta 1215.
What you can do:
- Read the covering letter (see below)
- Include the official 15 questions to the judiciary in your letter.
- Send your letter to the Environmental Courts in your state or territory (Environmental Courts List)
- Share this campaign with your friends, community, and networks
Why act now? Because we all have the right to a healthy, abundant future – and we cannot remain silent while legislation enables harm. When legislation protects those causing destruction instead of preserving our survival, only united community action can make a difference.
